Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you're not satisfied with your item, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The bag must be in unused, original condition, including all packaging materials, tags, and accessories.
- The product must show no signs of wear or use; any damage resulting from mishandling will void the return eligibility.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be clean and free of any personal items or residue.
- If the product arrived defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer. Returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the item. If the return meets all conditions, a confirmation will be sent.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears to have been used or damaged after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the conditions listed above, please follow these steps:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- A clear photo of the product (required in case of defect)
- Your full name
- Your full return address
Once received, we will respond with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Do not send your return to the sender's address — we will provide the appropriate return location.
Please note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel their order under the following terms:
Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product. However, please note:
- Orders are processed through an automated system and cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If the product is already in transit, you will need to wait for delivery and then proceed with a return.
To cancel, please contact us via email with a clear statement. The cancellation will be processed once we receive the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Transit & Shipping Notice
Our exclusive travel bags are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia. Transit times may vary and are beyond our direct control. If your order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the item before initiating a return.
We kindly ask that you send us a shipping confirmation when returning the item, to help expedite the process.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the amount paid (excluding original shipping fees and any additional delivery costs). Refunds will be made via the original payment method, within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
Important:
All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
