Shipping Policy
Below you’ll find all relevant information regarding the processing and delivery of your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and the delivery usually takes 7–13 business days.
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door completely free of charge, with no minimum order quantity required.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on external factors such as customs clearance or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@travure.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Travure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Travure is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@travure.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at the time of purchase. Travure is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you believe you’ve made a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.
